CBT in Action

 

The primary aim of CBT is to challenge in order to change maladaptive cognitive distortions and behaviors, to improve emotional regulation, and enhance the development of personal coping strategies in order to improve problem solving skills.

CBT is acknowledged as a useful and appropriate therapeutic intervention for a range of mental health issues such as Depression, Anxiety, OCD, PTSD, Addiction and many others.

We offer courses to appraise the learner of the practical use of CBT in clinical practice and includes understanding the principals that underpin CBT and as well as an understanding of the application of the requisite skills and their application.
